What tool did you get that made it difficult?got a new rear tire and a bunch of tools to do it myself. turns out it's a pain in the a$$ to get the old tire off.

Just go to HF and buy their bead breaker for $20, plus an additional 20% off if you can get a coupon out of a Motorcycle mag. Buy a pipe to make a cheater bar as well for the really stubborn beads.I use a C-clamp and a piece of wood. Not the easiest, but works well. I find that a little palmolive goes a long way to help the tire slide off/on the rim when I change mine out.
