Got it wet for the first time since I've owned it. So much for the weather not rolling in until later tonight. Learned a lot from my first wet ride, fortunately I had most of my gear squared away.

Put it up on the stands again and sat on it with my 8 month old in front of me. I made vroom vroom sounds while she slapped the tank and roared when I turned the bars side to side. It was awesome.

Ordered a ballistics evo 2 battery, new break pads and a new magnetic oil drain plug Sunday, sitting here impatiently waiting for them to come in so I can have an excuse to spend countless hours in the garage :-D

I started gathering up the SS bits needed to mount up the new triple to put bars back on.

Picked up a used 2 into 1 system for a good price on another board, it arrived this afternoon.

Added the stock bar-ends on top of of my bar-end mirrors. I actually like the look better, and I suppose this'll protect the mirrors a little in the event of a drop as well.

Finished installation of the 520 chain (which finishes the installation of the gsxr 180 wheel), and changed coolant. While I had the coolant system empty, I finally installed the temp sensor for my Vapor.

Rode her to work and enjoyed the beautiful weather on the ride home to find a gift from the man in brown... finally got some real bars on her.

A little late, but last Thursday I un-winterized my bike, changed the oil and finally installed my flush mount lights I purchased back in July.

Threw some nylon spacers on it so they stick out a bit.

Next week I'll install a new windscreen and hopefully some brake and clutch levers. I'll post pics then.
