Just thought this would be a cool new topic. If there is already one in existence please let me know so I can delete this one, or a mod can do it. As for me I finished my under tail project and rode the crap out of it.

............
Did a few laps at a track :)
Nice shot.

Holy crap! More details please.
Not sure how it happened. It was startling at first...bike shouldn't wobble like that, but held together very well, my first thought was "did I tighten the rear axle properly?" Plenty of tread on the tires as I just started experimenting this season and riding in a group a month ago.
Trailing back on the road I couldn't find anything wrong and the other 11 guys (not to mention all the cars passing) seemed unaffected.

Nothing dramatic:

LED Integrated rear turn signals w Stop Light
How bright are the LEDs? Also could you provide a link? I am looking for something similar as my current set up LEDs are very dim.

or watch your buddy on your bike put them to work :(

Holy crap! You're lucky. That could have been a lot worse. Have you contacted Avon?
Brain fart, didn't even realize that was possible after a full year since purchase..... but their website warranty states they'll consider anything within 7 years of manufacture if I bring it back to the place of purchase and ship it back to them for inspection.

Although I jumped the gun and already put PRoad 3s all around and after 80km they already feel on par with the Ultras which is comforting. Mind you I never felt the Ultras get squirly, never lost confidence in them, so I can't comment on how much potential they had left.

When I took the front off I noticed a wavy pattern in sections of the tire about half way down the shoulder.... guess my suspension needs to be adjusted as well :naughty:

I'll follow up once I hear back from them; I'd be stoked to get a new tire out of this.

turned it perpendicular to the street and touched the asphalt with the tail and exhaust while the rear wheel was still on the ground. and my ass was still in the seat. hip has a nice bruise and the bike's got a little more character now. gotta remember that even tho my Hawk and the SV are both 650, the SV's a gnarlier beast.

Sadly, can't avoid the gap between the taillight and the seat unless I want the taillight pointed up too far to be visible.

Just now I mounted an 07 ZX10 shock that I just had Racetech rebuild
