Rode it home in the rain, then drilled holes in the left passenger peg mount for the LEDs I just soldered together the other night. I'll drill the holes on the other side tomorrow, then probably wait till my next day off to run the wires to my turn signals.

I redid my garage door opener extension so I could the button up on the clip-on, instead of having to fumble to find it above next to the rear brake master cylinder. Today's lesson: Do shite right the first time.

Also gave in to my inner squid and installed the brake master cylinder cozy. Brake distances have instantly been reduced by 13%.

If anyone asks, the red button is the passenger eject.

I checked the back brake pads and while doing that, greased up the areas that the pads slide on. Torqued the fasteners to spec and now the back brake is happy. Lubed the chain, cleaned the rear wheel. Riding in the rain and wet sure gets the bike dirty... duh. Also, checked the tire pressure for tomorrow's commute.

Took off the front brake return line from the ABS unit. The front union bolt was stuck so i had to cut the line and use leverage and a vice grip to get it off. Got the wire harness off of the ABS unit. Thanks to Friendlyfoe! :)

Finally got around to making my LED turn signals in my pass peg mounts. Took about 7 hours total...some of which was just tool-dip drying on the wires and in the mounts. I like the way it turned out...the video I posted on YouTube is crappy though...but you can see the signals and brightness. Also lubed my chain, cut an inch off inner exhaust pipe (mangled it during the mufflerectomy I did last year), cleaned my pipe with steel wool. didnn't get to ride it yet though.

here's a link to the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=po5d530QeTg
