Torque Specs Forks

Can someone provide fork torque specs for the pinch bolts, axle, calipers, and fork caps for an 04? I searched and have only found 1st gen info. Thanks.

Front fork upper clamp bolt...16.5 Ib-ft

Front fork lower clamp bolt...16.5 Ib-ft

front axle...47.0 Ib-ft

front axle pinch bolt...16.5 Ib-ft

Front caliper bolts...28.0 Ib-ft

fork cap bolts...16.5 Ib-ft
