Don't have the Sub 4, but I just picked up the regular Forcefield and I'm really liking it. It contours to your back and feels like it could take a pretty hard shot. Fits under my leathers easily and by my 3rd ride with it I've pretty much forgotten it's on. No crash test yet, but the padding is a lot thicker than it looks in the pictures.

 

I picked one up yesterday, 7/22. Its substantially thicker than the standard Forcefield and a good bit more rigid. I haven't had a chance to wear it with leathers yet. I am a bit concerned with the thickness and whether its going to fit under my suit without me having to lose 20 lbs.

The thickness doesn't bother me at all. I actually lost about 30 pounds since I sized my leathers, so a little "filler" wouldn't hurt my feelings, .

One thing I'm curious about, is how well it fits for street type riding?

I am certain, being a TPro, that it will fit well under my leathers in tuck. I would like to wear it all the time though, and don't want it to "jam" against the seat when riding a bit more upright.

Also, how is the general "feel" of it?
