Suzuki sv650 (2000) front wheel

I crashed my sv650 (2000 yr), resulting in the front wheel becoming bent. I have found an ad on ebay for a used front wheel but it doesn't have the year of the bike that it was taken off (he will no answer my emails either). If i were to purchase the wheel, will it fit my bike regardless? If not will any other make of front wheel fit the bike? i cannot find a wheel that is under £600 (genuine suzuki wheel from a local dealer)

If you look at his other auctions he mentions a shock is for 2003 and up. So I assume this wheel is that new as well. Whether it's an exact fit, somebody else could chime in with that.

The wheel will fit but if it is a 2nd gen you will have to swap your bearings as they have dif axle diameter .

Pretty sure the axle diameter is the same, you have to mod spacers and use the 2nd gen disks, IIRC.

You might be right Rich I bought a set of rims and had to swap bearings just cant remember which ones I swapped !
