I am rebuilding my '02 SV650n which the front left fork was significantly bent back (making the wheel tilt left). I replaced the forks with straight ones which reduced the misalignment, but its still there. The left fork did have trouble going through the bottom bracket, the right went through smoothly.
It doesn't look damaged, but could the lower bracket be bent? I didn't notice the front axle being bent when I removed it, but the wheel rolls smoothly.
