I think SVs since 99 and about every other Suzuki use the following
thread x pitch
12 x 1.25

length?
10<x<20
15mm is your best bet

Did you strip your old one, or just lose it? If you stripped it, make sure the cases aren't goobered up.

 

i managed to find only 1st gen specs (M12x1.25 20mm).

No, not stripped. Just need to replace it with an adapter for a Koso gauge oil temperature sensor. I have been able to find nothing but first gen specs. I've talked to Koso, various websites that sell the adapters, websites that sell OEM replacement parts, and even called a Suzuki dealership. No one can answer my question. Becoming extremely frustrated to say the least. Hoping this forum can come through, it usually does.

 

Run your drain plug to a hardware store and match it up to something. I'm about 90% sure it is m12x1.25
