I was thinking about how many parts I have on my bike that were originally from other bikes, of various manufacture and model. Here's my list:

Fork legs: '02/'04 GSXR 750 hybrid
Triples: '98 GSXR 750
Axle/front wheel: '04 Hayabusa
Calipers/Master Cylinder: '06-'08 Yamaha R6
Rear Wheel: '98 GSXR 1100
Mirrors: '02? KTM Duke II
Kickstand: Modified GSXR
Clutch perch: '04 Kawasaki Z1000

I'm sure some people probably have more due to shock swaps and/or clip-on choices, but it was just something I was thinking about. Anyone else have a hodge-podge of parts like I do?

Not too much, but:

Throttle tube: Yamaha R6
Mirrors: KTM
Turn signals: Buell
Part time windscreen: Ducati Monster

It's mostly aftermarket parts made for the bike itself.

KTM SuperDuke/Duke II mirrors (but OG already knew that)

My 05 isn't a whole lot different than a stock bike off the showroom floor. The 02 I just bought had parts from other bikes on it when I got it. I've preceded to take them off and buy stock parts to put back on it.

Just aftermarket for my bike...

but I am going to be swapping out my 2006 SV650s airbox snorkel for one out of a sv1000

I took the snorkel out already and it is much nicer than the stock 650 snorkel... the sv1k one will give it almost as much air but smooth out the inlet charge and protect the airbox from rain or when I am washing the bike...
