I think most of them will fit in fairly well, the 848 should be up there with the I4's. Buell has been racing the 1125r in 2 classes up here in the Canadian Superbike series and Canadian thunder as well as the Moto-ST series in the states last year so there is the experience out there to get a good bike. And since they don't have to worry about the HP limits like in Moto-ST they should be able to push a little more out of them.
Here's some comparative Qualifing times from the Mosport round last year
Thunder~Moto-ST, Pro 600 ~ Superstock,
(The 3 600's at the top are Factory teams.)
GSX-R600 1:23.130 (Pro 600)
YZF-R6 1:23.208 (Pro 600)
ZX-6R 1:23.250 (Pro 600)
Duc 848 1:25.207 (Thunder)
Buell 1125r 1:25.334 (Pro Superbike)
Tri 675 1:25.354 (Pro 600)
Buell 1125r 1:26.045 (Thunder)
CBR-600rr 1:27.933 (Pro 600)
BMW HP2 1:27.663 (Thunder)
KTM Superduke-R 1:28.155 (Thunder)
and for comparison:
SV-650s 1:32.944 (SV Cup)
Now the minimum weight might change things as well:
