P.S. If you think shipping from the U.S. is expensive, you wouldn't believe in Canada. I can't really sell any of my extra parts because the shipping cost is so high.

i looked all through the shop and short of ones on the master, i didnt find any good ones

N front brake master cylinder all years sv650 sv1000 99-22

mutiple avaiable, best shape one will be sent should probably be rebuilt. may be able to run as is. no way for me to tell as i dont have an easy way to test these.

I don't really need to replace the master cylinder, so I'll just keep looking for a cap. In the meantime I'll just use my rashed one.

I checked with Ron Ayers and new they're approx. $26 (he usually discounts 20%). You don't need the diaphragm or plate, just the cover? All the bikes use the same parts. I saw the exact master on a Kawaski. If shipping is so much, a dealer ought to be pretty competitive, even if you don't have a Suzuki dealer near you, try the other brands. Good luck!

NEIMIS, Is this post still going? shredG woke me back up to this. Brake systems are few and used by all the bike manufacturers. who is the maker of the lower part and match it up. call all the bake makers.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I want Suzuki OEM only, but I'm cheap so don't want to pay a lot. Used would be good. For Canadians, the local dealer price is expensive. Shipping from the US usually negates any cost benefit.

I have a rashed one that is doing just fine, so I'll just continue to keep an eye out for one.
