well i just painted my bike over the winter and now im having trouble get it started for the first time.... will idle for 3 sec. then stall out, open throttle doesnt help. only thing un-hooked was the tank and the battery... so i dont think i could have hooked something up wrong. new gas, new plugs, new filter, tank is clean inside. you can see the fuel filter fill up with gas... but it wont fire? lookin for suggestions if anyone has any.... i knew there is someone out there to have a discussion

try giving it full choke for a couple of start and then dialing the choke back down till it stays running.

Or you could drain the carb bowls.......they may have gotten condensation in em.........theres an allen screw on the base of each carb, which serve as drains.
UNLESS you haven't been using the choke.....if soo ^SEE ABOVE POST^
