I've been trying to find risers to mount naked style bars on my 03 svs and cannot find a set - any of you know if a set of bar rises from a stock 2002 bandit 1200 will work with the naked triple and bars from an 06 sv?

Or do any of you have a set of risers you can part with?

Call a dealership and ask what the part numbers are on them--both the SV and the Bandit.

That'll answer your question.

Go on the internet and look up the part numbers for the SV and Bandit risers and see if they are the same.

The part #'s are different... they look pretty similar to sv risers and are for 7/8" bars. DO you think its worh the chance to try em out? I am getting frustrated, trying to find these parts and if I order OEM parts it'll cost over $150 just for the risers!
The dealership wasnt much help - no surprise...

Re: will bandit 1200 risers work w/ sv? update - YES!

Just got my bandit 1200 risers and top triple (ebay) - the risers seems identical from what I can tell, although they are a diff part #. The Bandit uses a conical rubber bushing to seat the risers on the top and bottom of the triple. All I had to do was buy $4 worth of bolts, washers and nylock nuts. Now I just need to get my bars picked out and payed for and I'll be back on the road! Of course, the Bandit triple wont work, so I am gonna try to ebay it.
