Making progress on the '09 GSXR 600 rear wheel install.
Got the carrier sent off to [email protected] Racing for machining.
Here's a pic of the wheel.

My Robem Enineering underslung rear caliper mount showed up. It was
a bit to 'blingy' so I painted it satin black....

Lastly, my 707 Racing light weight front axle will show up this Tuesday so
I'll be having some fun in the garage next weekend...

Installed a set of SV650XTER mirrors on my 2018 SV650X, they look nice, and change the overall width from the stock 94cm wide to 76cm wide. The mirrors are mostly within the width of the handlebars, which are 73cm wide stock. Not a big fan of the double set of grub screws that keep them from spinning on the barrel cylinder bolt they attach to, but if they holdup, then no big deal.

Also installed a radiator guard, fits good, and should workout nice.

New 180 tire showed up, getting it mounted/balanced on the '09 GSX-R 600 rim at Cycle Gear right now.
Almost all the 'parts' are here for the 'conversion'.....

Got a new 180 tire mounted on the '09 GSX-R 600 wheel...

Coolant and spark plug change.... ~27k miles...

Forgot to add some 'mock up' pics of the GSX-R wheel installed so
I could get a measurement for a custom length rear brake line....

The new brake line and new chain & sprockets are 'on the way'....

The new EK black/nickel chain showed up, sprockets wont be here till next Tuesday

The 2009 GSXR rear wheel is installed. Rotor/sprocket/spacers/tire 'ready to install' weight is
6oz heavier than the stock wheel. FWIW, the GSXR wheel is 1" wider and I am using a 180
profile tire... Underslung brake is not istalled yet, I'll do that tomorrow, but here's a few pics
of the progress today.
