Man that pic ^^^ looks beautiful, i really wish i was looking out at that instead of a foot of snow. Yesterday i rode to work and it actually got up to 38 degrees when i left at 3. 
... when i left work for home at midnight it was back down to 17 or so.
But of course this was my first trip with the corbin seat so it was totally worthwhile.
Is anybody else riding in michigan these days? i feel like i've been the only one out on a bike in the last month.

Picking up a power commander this evening for a smoking deal. I was against power mods as I feel the bike is plenty fast enough; but shoot, $60? Really, who wouldn't buy a pc3 with all hardware for that? It's okay, you can be jealous. :nana:

It appears to be all there. I'm not sure how one would abuse a power commander(short of improper install), but it is used.

today i finished sanding the tail section, buddy of mine sanded down the tank and applied hopefully the last coat of filler, and we shortened my D&D to get rid of the really bad rash on the can. it's only 8 inches now and looks bada$$. can't wait to hear it. more to come from me. i'm gonna start my own rebuild thread in a day or 2.

Teri, how's your husbands hand? I broke one of those cheap-o strap wrenches trying to get the oil filter off once. I have the oem tool if you would like to borrow it to try.
On a side note, I got one of the exhaust bolt holes cleared and re-tapped. One more to go and the bike will be nearly done. 4 weeks to vacation, this should not have taken this long.

Was 'forced' to go to HB a few weeks ago for work - cruel and unusual to return to winter... beautiful thereRode to the beach (HB) this morning. Supposed to be 83 today. There may be rain later this week, CA could use it.

That is the first thing I do on all my vehicles. It really cleans them up imo.

I agree! I f-ed up my Speed III taking off the Triumph stickers on the tank they didn't look like they were clear coated on but low and behold they were! I took just a corner off and I was like FAWK! I got it sanded down and it looked decent....

but, TBH, it seems like a stupid thing to do. I have no idea why they would do it that way.

mine too... it is a raised emblem sticker.... not sure how it is adhered though but is a lot more raised than the suzuki words on my old 99
