Changed the oil, and put a gsxr shock on this weekend.

 

TPS mod this past sunday, SS lines and Pazzo levers last Sunday

 

today i did the sticky seat mod. i was parked under a tree overnight, and this morning it was covered in sap that dripped down on it.

 

Yesterday was a very productive day for me and the SV.

1. Adjusted chain.
2. Adjusted clutch.
3. Installed sliders.
4. Removed old fairing w/light and installed Buell dual lights and screen.
5. Test fit guage cluster, plugged it in to make sure it works.

Now I just need to get the lights operational and find some flat steel for making gauge mounts and that will be all set.

 

New rear tire, CRA. And I've commuted 300 mile in the last week and a half.

 

I saw it in the garage.. It looked so lonely. Rain, gotta love it.

 

Washed. (rain) Adjusted and clean/lube chain. Gas. Picked small speck off paint. Dry-humped.

 

Rode it, yeah.......90ish today.

rode it to work with no peg
used some aluminum stock a lathe and made a new peg.

oh and rode the crap out of it.

 

Installed an alarm system (Gorilla with 2-way pager) .

It's great.

 

Left it at home because I needed to haul golf clubs, and it's absolutely beautiful today. On days like this, I often take an hour off in the afternoon and take the sv over to a park by the river to read a book in the sunshine. I'll go for a ride when I get home this evening.

 

Checked tire pressure.

 

Added a garage door opener, way better than fiddle fartin' around for the button in my pocket.

 

Sync'ed the carbs, then took it for a quick ride. Much, much better.

 

Well, Last night I got the Fender Eliminator done.

Today, the Seat Cowl received and installed.

 

Just replaced the levers with chrome ones. I was going to change the mirrors too but it didn't look good...I'm still looking for some lower fairings if any one knows let me know!

 

Checked the tire pressure. Before taking her out for a nice two hour ride.

 

I looked at it sitting in the garage longing for me to take it out for a run. Sigh, too cold....was warmer in March than April. (I meant April than May...so distraught I lost a month)

 

Added LED signal lights to my mirrors. And yesterday I flushed and filled my clutch fluid and did the same to my tranny fluid. Now I just need to top off my coolant fix some wiring to a blinker on the trailer harness and the Civic is ready to make the Dragon run.

 

Oh yeah I threw on one of those Low Tone Freeway Blasters horns too. My bike totally sounds like a 70's Buick or Oldsmobile. Can't wait to try that in traffic tomorrow morning!!

Put on some LP swingarm spools and Suzuki factory frame sliders, and took the side reflectors off the forks because I don't like the way they look. Tomorrow, shipping gods willing, I'll be installing a Holeshot Performance Fly Screen. Oh yeah I also filled the gas tank for the first time since buying the SV. $13.42. Sweet.

 

put on my moto swingarm sliders, fitted my atre.. not sure if it works though, is a smart tre still supposed to increase the idle when the clutch is pulled?.. put on my velocity stacks, tps, put on an alarm and drove around til it got to cold
