Adjusted the clutch per the manual. The adjuster screw/locknut at the pushrod needed to be turned out a tiny bit.

Feels smoother now.

I re-assembled the clutch pushrod mechanism and after removing all the debris from all the nooks and crannies and applying assembly lube (manual calls for Moly paste) to the push rod and push assembly, I can disengage the clutch with two fingers. The difference from before is amazing. If your clutch lever is hard to pull I'd highly recommend cleaning these parts.

Well a couple days ago:
Finally put on the parts I got from Blair at SV Racing Parts.
Stainless Galfer front brake lines
3.5" SVRP clip-ons
Weighted bar-ends
& brake reservoir adapter for the new bars

I've only ridden a few miles with the new stuff, but so far so good.

- Cleaned the frame and got rid of years of gunk and discoloration.
- installed all new bearings in the rear wheel and installed the new Superlight sprocket. Front is on loan to a friend at Barber this weekend, but will get new bearing when he gets it back to me. The new front sprocket and chain (DID VX series 520 conversion) will be installed once the bike is reassembled, but it is here waiting.
- started tearing down the front cylinder to see how bad the rust may be, but need a new 12mm socket to get the 12mm head bolts off. 10mm bolts came out without any problems, but the 12's are really tight.

Installed the Fenda Extenda. I didn't trust the plastic rivets alone, so I use PVC cement as well!
