Did the TPS adjustment! Took about 30 total. Killed the bike a few times but it's so smooth now. The down shifting is so much better and no more sputter and pops. I was afraid I would loose the engine braking but it's still there, just much smoother.

Went for a ride to the city and watched Suicide Squad (loved it!), bought fudge at Cabela's, and rode 150km home with a $90 25lb bag of dog food strapped across the rear seat and saddlebags, the pup better appreciate it. Successful day!

Put on reflective rim tape, and dropped the bike when I didn't check the stand (stupid). Motosliders saved the day the only damage was a snapped shift lever :(

Fresh seafood, great night of watching gopro videos,
while tossing back some cold ones! Just to turn around
the next day and head home! :eek:ccasion14:
Just about 375 miles of back roads to get there, and
any road we could find that didn't have thunderstorms
on the away back!

Anyone watch Ride With Norman Reedus? It was a lot
like that! :vroom: :icon_biggrin: Good times!!!

Not the SV, but changed the upper radiator hose on the Navajo in the work parking lot at lunch...

Installed a (new) USB charging port. Last one flaked out after a rainy day.

PS - GoldenChicken - Congrats! I'm creeping up behind you, closing on 48k.

I have been looking to do that for my bike. Do you have a list of all that is needed?
Yep. $12 and a Prime account...

Pop the seat and tank, connect to battery, run up along the frame and out the left side cable route, zip tie to handlebars. Or, since you have an S, figure out how to mount under the dash cover, possibly cutting an access hole.

:lmao:

Oh, and it also provides a top-side SAE connector.

Sweet, thanks.

Think I will order this. I have been needing a power option for my bike.

That's pretty good!
I'll have to keep it in mind if mine craps out.
It's been doing great though.

Except I cut the junk connector off and installed an ASE.

Ram Mount rippoff... Yeah, I saw those, but already have the Ram. :)

Last night, but I regreased the rear brake pedal pivot. Annoyingly, I seem to remember doing that this spring and it was almost dry. If it happens again, i'm gonna use the Honda Moly-70 Paste I have for the FJR's shaft splines. That ought to solve it.

Oil change and chain lubed. 47962 miles on the clock. Will be just over 48000 on the way home tonight.
