Swapped from drag bars to bikemaster superbike bars. New levers. New clutch lever perch. New clutch cable. New iridium plugs. Checked valve clearance. Serviced the K&N air filter. Checked drive chain slack. Road it for an hour to make sure I hadn't ruined it.

Roughly 7 hours including the test ride. I feel like I really know everything I should about her. Still need to do a TPS adjustment and rectify the clutch switch bypass I discovered today.

I'm going to sleep like a man without a worry.

First post in this thread!

Since I'm unsure of what maintenance the previous owners did on my bike, I've been running through most general stuff. Cleaned the chain and lubed it.

Road to cars and coffee where I met a friend. Washed the Mazda monster truck. Cleaned and lube the chain.

Put new tires on & changed the oil. Replaced my bent front rim and cleaned and lubed the chain. Also my dumb self got distracted and got my finger caught in the sprocket with a freshly tightened chain.

Made some adjustments to the mounting tab of my m4 exhaust so it would fit. The welder didn't get it in quite the right place after welding in the larger o2 bung. But I'm gonna try the autotune again. My bike has bee running really rich and it's way cheaper than another dyno tune.

My auto tuner was a, tack and refit kinda deal also. Not much clearance to work with. I'm finishing up my aluminum sub frame and fitting my r6 tail section to the bike right now. Forks should be back from TWF tomorrow so i'm excitied to start putting the front end back together.

Set the bikes clock to "new standard time". (as opposed to "retard one hour for Winter" time)

Now I can sleep at night!

(Well, I'm not blaming "Spring Ahead" for a bad night)

Sensor fits with plenty of room.

Also, I found that the forum is now on tapatalk. I am NOT a fan. It's just too damned chunky and doesn't want to work in a intuitive manner.

Tapatalk seems better than the Mc forums app, actually.

Powder coated my front rim, pressed new bearings and seals in, installed galfer rotors, got my forks back from TWF and got those put back on. Worked on my custom sub frame some more, busy night.

My buddy Chad came over and we finished fitting the R6 fairings onto my SV650 tonight. It's gonna look bad ass. Finished welding in the bung for my auto tuner. I had to keep him busy before his surprise 40th BDAY PARTY!!!!!

Finished my race bike yesterday. Now I have to wait 41 days to rife it.
