I was sort of chuckling the other day (it's been slow) that letting people go 10,000 miles between oil changes sort of means that you only see them once a year, so if you don't have tons of customers, you run into slow days/months.
So far, though, just about every car I've serviced has needed something more than just an oil change.
Whereas the last shop I worked did the old 3 months/3000 mile rule and we saw people much more often.

I never let my diesel go that far btwn oil changes. Otherwise I would have to drop the oil pan and take a putty knife to the gunk.

Diesel Benz's are kind of rare around here. Although I was supposed to do a fuel filter in a bluetec ML the other day and he never showed for his appointment.

New steering stem bearings and races installed. Installed forks and wheel to get it back on the ground.
Took tank off to repair small dent form my low side at Road America last year.
Checked out the wiring harness to get ready to start downsizing it.

You might be able to smooth down the runs with some fine grit sandpaper and then do one or two light finish coats over top to get the gloss back.
