Just thought this would be a cool new topic. If there is already one in existence please let me know so I can delete this one, or a mod can do it. As for me I finished my under tail project and rode the crap out of it.
Fixed it for you. You'll regret it once the summer comes, and the potholes are filled, you find time to ride...
It's hard to find time to ride when I take my daughter to work with me...and the missus works on Saturdays, so I'm home with the kids, on when she's home on Sunday, she wants to hang out, not ride. You'll regret it once the summer comes and you find time to ride...
I'm in a similar quandry. I love the KTM supermoto I just bought, but I hate gearing up to ride 5 minutes to work in the mornings. The SV has lost some of its fun after I switched to higher rearsets and a GSXR front/clipons. For all the work I've put into the bike, I would hate to sell it.It's hard to find time to ride when I take my daughter to work with me...and the missus works on Saturdays, so I'm home with the kids, on when she's home on Sunday, she wants to hang out, not ride.
No, I won't regret it--there's no such thing as "finding time". Consider that I've ridden it four times since August...and I used to be a year-round rider.
I've gone long stretches without a bike before; I can buy another later.
Which begs the question, how many times do you run out in a year?It was yesterday but almost ran out of gas for the first time this year.
So where are the mpg tags? :naughty:I rode for the first time this year.
Good for you.Too busy riding.
