I totaled it. Although I did get a NICE check from my ins. co. so I'm gonnna buy a newer SV this weekend1

Utilized combustion pressure to twist my crank, allowing the following to happen:
Rode to work, skirting around the branches and debris left on the roads from last night's windy rain.
Rode home.
Waited until the sun got low and went for a good ride as the sun was setting.
Tires worked very well.

Hit 10K...WOOT!

I spent the weekend working in the GARAGE, so my QUEEN will have a place to repose when she arrives this Tuesday.

Put about 200 miles on her over the weekend.... at Barber :D Had an absolute blast! And after taking another instructor's r6 out for a session, I realized the SV is still a good fit for me and my riding (though that r6 was yummmmmmmy!).

Put in my Race Tech springs, and started to dial in the GSXR shock.

Exactly how did I go 32000km (~20000mi) on stock suspension????

I ransomed it from the dealer that was holding it hostage. Brought it home and put on some gel grips.

You forgot that you also watched it get soaking wet in the rain...

Mmmm so hot and sexy! :)
Amazingly enough though, when I went to ride it home, it fired right up. Almost like the rain didn't hurt it at all.

Usually does not - just being parked in the rain does nothing bad to the bike - the problem really is when dirty water collects in nook and crannies and drains holes from riding in the rain. So, when the rain stops - give it a wash and dry it off by taking it for a nice long spin :)

Took her to work and back, filled up the tank, and took her for a little ride on some back roads

installed DougZ customs (kicka$$) swingarm spool sliders....

and found a roll of reflective tape (me: WTF you didnt see me cager: no i was blinded by the reflectivity of you)
