Just thought this would be a cool new topic. If there is already one in existence please let me know so I can delete this one, or a mod can do it. As for me I finished my under tail project and rode the crap out of it.
What did you do to your SV today? (mods, farkles, maintenance, etc)

Blue hasn't got much love since China arrived. Pulled that ***** out of mothballs, replaced the leaky stock radiator (229,400 miles on it!!!) with a Delkevic, and replaced the clipons with something a touch more comfy. Dirt bike bars. Feels ******* awesome.
I think that's the single biggest thing I could to do improve long distance comfort on my bike. I've been thinking of getting a second S triple and a full set of controls so that I can make it swappable.
installed longer clutch and throttle cables to give me additional room to raise my handlebar. The stock cables did sort of ok for the standard LSL conversion with BM Daytona bar- even though the clutch was pretty heavy and the throttle, too, when turning left. I especially disliked the clutch cable with the top metal part (the S-model) pointing in the wrong way and causing friction and wear.
I got a SV-N naked clutch cable and motion pro +4 inches throttle cable. Much better now, and installed additional BM riser kit for another inch up and turned the handlebar back to convert the inch up in about an inch pull-back.
Re-greased the front calipers on the SV then bled the brakes on it and the FJR. Did the FJRs clutch too, it had never been changed. More work to come with new tires and some fork bushings coming for the FJR.
The plan is to use the side bags, and use the
top case when I go on long rides where I need
to carry more stuff!
Now that I have the top Givi rack mounted, I can finish
up fabbing the mounts for the Kappa 21 bags. That will
also help tie the top case in to the bike. (looks wise)
Finished installing a zx14 shock and put my Traxxion .975 fork springs with 15 weight oil in. It rained here so I didn't get to take it for a ride but wow is it stiff compared to before!
So I'd like to put on a new pair of bar end sliders on my 08 SV650S, but I'm unsure if the Woodcraft sliders I found on STG will fit. They say they fit clip-ons and bars with an inner diameter of 5/8", but I've only been able to find measurements for the outer diameter which is 7/8".
Does anyone know the inner diameter measurement for the stock clip-ons?
Did the TPS adjustment! Took about 30 total. Killed the bike a few times but it's so smooth now. The down shifting is so much better and no more sputter and pops. I was afraid I would loose the engine braking but it's still there, just much smoother.
Went for a ride to the city and watched Suicide Squad (loved it!), bought fudge at Cabela's, and rode 150km home with a $90 25lb bag of dog food strapped across the rear seat and saddlebags, the pup better appreciate it. Successful day!
