For those of us in the lands of winter, when spring begins to taunt us you will see more "I rode it" posts and it can be more understandable then, but now it seems to be a little frivolous. It's almost the end of June, if just riding your bike is such a noteworthy event that you feel you need to alert the forum about it, you're not riding enough.
+1 I would be posting in this thread 365 day a year if that was all I had to add.

I did change my seat the other day though :naughty:

also rode it 3 times today :deadhorse:

Finally got off early enough to start work on my forks. I thought I had jack stands that were tall enough, but was wrong...so...I made my own stands. They were a little too short with the notches so I had to let air out of rear tire to get front off ground...but it works. It's a little wobbly, but stable enough to pull the forks off.

Hopefully the forks will be done tomorrow...just a rebuild with thicker oil.

Unfortunately, not everyone CAN ride that often. And to be honest (playing devil's advocate), how many posts of regular maintenance or some bike add-on (that has already been done before) do we really need?

I guess I'll start posting weekly that I lubed my chain.

You coulda just put some sections of 2x10s under your jackstands to add height. That's what I did.
I looked at doing that, but my stand are small Kragen specials. I sold my huge truck-sized ones a few years ago..:sbmfacepalm: The stands I have now were like six inches too short at the tallest setting. these worked out well.

put some ethanol fixer upper solution in the tank
