Just thought this would be a cool new topic. If there is already one in existence please let me know so I can delete this one, or a mod can do it. As for me I finished my under tail project and rode the crap out of it.

I highly recommend a 2nd bike bla bla bla bla

I put oil on my chain this morning, it's still holding up after the oven cleaner incident.

Ok, technically this all happened yesterday.

Rode it to work and back. Fist ride after doing the 636 shock swap. Stood around looking at it and talked about the suspension with a co-worker. First time riding since I broke my collarbone almost two months ago. Planned on riding on Saturday.

Oh, happy day!

Adjusted the Idle speed. Took off the black sticker on the left side of the frame.

Rode to Motorcycle Closeouts in NKC and bought a magnetic tank bag. (that's an awsome store)
;D
It's a Rapid Transit Stack LT bag. Held tight and I could hardly see it on the way home.

Looks like it will hold an awful lot. Turns into a backpack and splits in two for lighter use. Hole for hydration system. Little pocket with window for cell phone.

Awsome ride today, not many good days left.

Used up a tank of gas. Got it dirtier. Rode to a Ducati/BMW/KTM dealership and came away rather unimpressed (except for the white SuperDuke) May have been the high pressure salesguys who pretty much ignored me when they realized I wasnt buying a bike today.

I rode the Cherohala yesterday. Leaves are starting to turn.

Lots of pig hunters especially on the Tennessee side with antennas tracking their hunting dogs.

No police presence that I can see but lots of wardens and rangers.

Almost 300 miles and a sore butt ... gotta love it! Perfect riding temperatures.

Its been a big week for the SV. Installed frame sliders Thursday. Got schooled at the track on Friday. (Rode hard and put away muddy, well, ok dusty). Back home Saturday. Gave her a partial bath.

Cleaned the chain and installed the group buy Pyramid carbon fiber hugger today. Looks sweet and should keep the taillight from getting caked with shite.

No more mods -- for a while.

Taking a break on a good cleaning right now. De-tarring the chin spoiler and the front of the engine, that bug and tar remover needs to soak. Already cleaned the chain, shock and dogbones, once the tar is gone, a good wax on all the yellow bits.

Gave the sv some much needed TLC - cleaned the chain and swingarm and wheel. Then mounted up a carbon fiber look hugger. It looks so sexxxxy :D And swapped out the mounting plate from my medium case to my large case. I now have a backrest!

Helped the hubby swap his XR back to sumo setup. Sometimes having small hands is a good thing - tiny fingers can fit into narrow spaces when a brake pad just won't seat into the caliper properly :)
