I got title switched and new plate from the state of CA. Evidently NJ wants their plate back. Can't imagine why.... LOL
nc did the same thing with my jeep?...

winter is over so i cleaned the poop out of it. next is a tune up.

Put a new set of shoes on here yesterday... Dunlop Q2's... They sure are nice. I went with the larger front tire. It felt a little weird at first but after about 40 miles it is nice to ride now.

Finally getting around to doing everything I needed to. Paid a kid to help me drop the Intiminators into the front forks, pulled top triple to drill (this time with the holes in the correct spot... :( ... I bought a seperate top triple and drilled it incorrectly...) adding handlebars, longer throttle and brake cables (hoping to get away with the same clutch cable...). Putting in an R6 or R1 throttle tube while I'm at it... hopefully have it done this next Friday when I can get back to it. Finally have my "S" look with my "N" riding position. Should feel nicer on my old shoulders, wrists and neck... I can't wait.

Finally got around to cleaning my SV really well and waxed it.

Did this the other day. Put some Coerce hyper low bars on and a scotts steering stabilizer.

Also put some fresh fork oil in and added some compression to the emulators while I was in there. Changed engine oil and filter and put distilled water and water wetter in for preparation for my track weekend. I have some woodcraft rearsets on the way and I will get some pics posted as soon as they go on.

Killed my master cylinder !!!

On general principle I had decided to rebuild my GSXR MC.
New Gaf hoses / pads. Needed to trim one of the tabs for a better hose angle.
Cutting wheel grabbed / jumped - murdered the banjo bolt mating surface.

Can't friggn believe it. I've got more miles on a die grinder than the SV.
Anybody in the SF Bay Area got a stock one available? 2006N

Yesterday, I got my trailer mostly put together. I still need to put on the lights and wiring. Then it will be complete as shipped, but I need to add some eye-bolts and a plywood deck. I'm also thinking about working up some contraption to hold the rear wheel down to eliminate having to strap down the back. The effect would be something like this:

Only much cheaper.

New front brake pads and flushed the old fluid. Weren't *quite* down to the wear indicators, but it was raining and I might as well get it done for this season.

Rear pads are still OK.

It's still raining.

Changed engine oil
Cleaned and greased chain.
Discovered that the chain is loose as a pornstar.
I'll need a new chain soon.
Tried to start it, nothing.
Jumpstarted it. Came alive in 5-6 attemps.
Turned it off. Tried to turn it on again, nothing.
Charged the battery for 1½ hour at 8A.
Will see tomorrow if it'll starts
I think the battery is toasted dark roast.
The missmeteo is f**** drunk since last week.
I don't know if i'll bring my SV back home tomorrow...

Put the bike back together and rode it to work and then I got some electrical tape to cove up all those white frame stickers.

I am sure there is something in California that will require me to prove the the engine data with the factory sticker. I would rather have it and not need it, then need it and not have it.
