Got front wheel off , brakes changed and maybe a new finder bought...all on the wifes bike!

Installed new shift lever, practiced low speed manuevers in a parking lot, rode around the block a bit.

clubman handlebar installed and new bar end mirrors and grips. Not bad for 60$ on ebay. finally reset my Vapor to get the temp sensor working. nice having a speedo again!

Installed my FH008EE Rectifier:

Old one was def replaced in the past, the old plug was discolored and looked almost burnt.

Gotta love peace of mind. Thanks D'Ecosse (KEN) for all the help.

I painted my GSXR calipers, and broke out the can of spray-on bedliner
























and painted the swing plate of my T-Rex wheel chock that I had bent up and welded to better fit my front wheel. :naughty:

Made a manometer yesterday, did TB sync today. Found my sync rod to be too loose and don't have $20 to buy new one so I packed ends with teflon tape and remounted...much better. Both cylinders stayed pretty much the same up to 6k rpms. We'll see how much of a difference this makes for the next tank (just filled today). Also, both nipples for vacuum ports were trashed already, so I left my test hoses on and blocked with hex screws and tucked next to airbox. So now I dont' have to take my airbox off any more to sync.

I put on some sweet decals I made with the vinyl plotter I have at work! It came out lookin pretty good, I think

Fixed a gas leak by replacing carb part #41 and #42 (Holder guide and cap for choke cable to front carb)

Really weird gas leak to have, easy to fix.
