Just thought this would be a cool new topic. If there is already one in existence please let me know so I can delete this one, or a mod can do it. As for me I finished my under tail project and rode the crap out of it.

Made sure the first gen naked triple fit on my 03 svs after getting it back from the machine shop. Fits perfectly. Gonna finish everything with new hardware and whatnot tomorrow.

Oil and filter change. Switched over to a K&N filter and made the switch to Rotella T6.

New front tire installed.
Replaced broken speedo sending magnet.
Adjusted throttle cables, clutch cable, rear brake pedal, shifter.
Got rid of two exhaust leaks.
Spent an hour looking at a bunch of stuff, fixing some, makeing notes on others to fix later.
Rode three miles.
The last part was the best bit.

Rerouted the throttle cables.
Started making new rear turn signal brackets.
Tried to figure out why my tail light is flickering whenever the turn signals are on:
- Cleaned the battery terminals
- Checked the voltage at the battery when on / started
- Removed all other lights trying to find the culprit...
- Checked what used to be my green plug (now just soldered straight)
Couldn't figure it out, so I wired my heated grips into the accessory spot in the fusebox and called it a night.

This morning: Ordered a new footpeg, and mirror to replace the ones I broke when I dumped leaving the first stop sign this morning.
A first time for everything I suppose. Have never had an issue with dealing with a fresh tire before. Oh well, guess I had forgotten just how slick they can be.

Looks might not be a valid high priority when deciding between two tires of differing performance, but it is nothing to be ashamed about that you like the way yours looks.
Form follows function. If it performs well, it probably looks good too (though the reverse isn't always true....cough* BFGoodrich...)

Installed my new reverse cone megaphone muffler as well as a fresh 16 tooth Vortex countershaft sprocket.
Found out I over filled last oil change juuuuust enough to cause some problems. :BangHead:
Time to pull out the little suction pump and remove 50-125 cc.

Oil in the airbox, then onto the plugs. The standard. Might be stressing some seals but no leaks yet.
Got it cleaned up for my upcoming track days this weekend with TrackAddix at Motorsports Park Hastings. Tomorrow: Swap out the flat bars for the stock clip-ons, tape lights, remove plate, mirrors, yadda yadda yadda...

Ariete alu-rub grips black (glad i didn't not choose the aluminum color) I love them... I bought the SV last month with some random grips that were falling apart. I bought the suzuki alu-rub bar ends off eBay (5-10$) and the grips from eBay for 40-45$ I also adjusted the throttle play to 2-4mm, made sure it doesn't rev up when i turn the bars fully.

Added an ADVMonster model 60 LED auxiliary light to complement my two fork-mounted model 30s. Night is now my *****!
