I put on some bar-end mirrors so I can actually see something other than my elbows/shoulders! It's great, now I can see traffic with ease, and I look slightly stylish. :p

Also tuned the TPS and installed the aTRE I got from Steve!

Now it's time to find a ZX-14 shock and parts for a GSX-R front swap. Already hopelessly addicted (I promise not to make one of those threads!). :D

I took off the rear shock and removed the rear cylinder exhaust header in preparation for installing my akrapovic system. Still gotta get that bolt out the front cylinder though.

I put a new set SS brake lines in the front, cleaned the brakes and rotors and put a new pair of turning signals in the back :) I'll post some pics later... yay!

hooked it to my battery tender.

Mine's gone away for the winter.

drilled, drilled, drilled and drilled some more on the seized exhaust bolt. Lucky for me it's in the front, so I can actually reach it. But it's not budging with the EZ-out, so I'll likely have to start her up, get her warm and then try and freeze the bolt to back it out.

Also, took off the throttle grip and started to install the exhaust header for the rear cylinder.

I started to de-sticker my bike tonight. Three down, and one to go! The tank warning sticker seems to be the hardest one of all. I had to stop because I ran out of light and it got too cool outside. I don't have a heat gun to help things along.

How about a heat pack? Like a microwaveable hot/ice pack, or a water bottle, or even simple hot water?

Installed my new rear seat cowl. Looks slick-now I gotta decide whether or not to loose the passenger pegs (their good to strap stuff to).

I haven't done anything yet, but I am slowly piecing together what I need for a power distribution block. I was rooting around in my desk drawers today at work when I found something I got at the last "trade" show. They were handing them out like candy, so I took one, not knowing for what I would ever use it. I think I have a use now.

It's a ChargeGuard CG.X, and it will replace the relay. The advantage is that I don't need to run a switched wire to it (I can if I want to); it automatically senses the current of the bike and will shut off current to the accessories anywhere from 5 seconds to 8 hours after engine shutdown, or it can be sent to not shut down. It will also shutdown if it detects less than 11VDC from the battery, and will protect against voltage spikes. I'm pretty sure it will fit next to the battery, but size might be its only disadvantage.
