I replaced a popped fuse (only to do it again this afternoon-now I gotta trace for a short), and replaced my 50mm fork brackets with 54mm fork brackets.

Today I blacked out the chrome on the headlight. I also installed a Leo Vince high mount a few weeks ago but I just got around to taking pictures today. I changed my oil as well, I switched to Rotella. Tell me what you think.

running in the new Conti Road Attacks ;D
only thing I can say with less than 100 mi on them is the ride is MUCH softer and I don't have to brace for bumps anymore. My takeoff was considerably harder and rode harder probably cause it was toast. The difference is so dramatic I think I actually need to stiffen the rear preload.

??? I softened the front and rear preload when I first bought the bike cause it was too stiff and bumps were jolting me and problem solved. Am I using the wrong terminology, perhaps? The front is fine and feels more/less the same, the rear suspension feels COMPLETELY different

Edit: it feels too soft to be exact, when I bought the bike it was all the way stiff at 7 and I took it back to 4, it feels soft enough for me to want to stiffen it to 6.

Installed a new rear conti road attack Friday

Got some work done to it I don't have the tools for (sync the throttlebodies, check the valve clearances) installed PowerMadd hand guards, pulled the slip-on off to clean up the corrosion on it and reseal it. (If I were smart {and I'm really not} I'd repack it while I had it off. But it sounds so cool!) Really ticked off the neighbors by running it w/o the slip-on for a bit :vroom:

Yesterday, I removed the stock mirrors and replaced them with bar ends. One third eye on the left bar, and a pyramid stalk mount on the right. Assymetrical in appearance, but function over form.

Today I rode her liek the little trollop she is. :p

Installed my stainless brake lines and attempted to bleed them.

Okay, I'm a day late on this. Went for my Sunday ride.

A guy in a WRX pulls next to me at a light, of course it turns green and he takes off. So I had to gas it and passed him, but I after that I let off because I do not want another speeding ticket for this year.

So he goes by. Probably went to tell all his friends that he raced a motorcycle and won.

I rode to work and lost the 2 bolts and nuts that are keeping my gauge's on. I hope the paper clips hold ok till I get home.
