I secured my gauges......again. This time with those lock threads. Also checked a bunch of bolts that might come loose. Rode into work, and avoided the popo like the plague since I couldn't get my DZC license plate bracket yesterday, stupid post office.

 

I finally broke down and ordered a Pit Bull rear stand.

 

replaced the temp tag with the real deal. =]

 

Bought a tailbag ;D
Changed the oil and oil filter
Cleaned front sprocket area/cleaned chain/lubed chain
Tightened loose fairing bolts/located where 2 of 5 "mystery" bolts fell from off fairings

 

put on some sweeeeet wheels stripes.

 

did a mile and a quarter long wheelie to see if i could blow up the engine. but the rotella kicked in yo...

 

Gave her a good wash and hopefully a ride this afternoon.

The seat is GGGRRREEEAAT! I can ride for over an hour without my @ss hurting!! I haven't had a chance to ride for longer than about an hour and a half yet, so the real test will come when I get to do a longer ride. But it sure beats the stock seat or that lowered seat.

Oh, and sometimes I take a pic of my bike when I wash it....but not yesterday, I was mainly keeping myself busy yesterday.

Installed Pig Spotters

and a tail light with integrated turn signals to suppliment the little turn signals included in the hot bodies undertail

 

I made the crankshaft turn around at a high rate of speed via burning about a gallon of this expensive stuff called gasoline.
Went through many intake, compression, power, and exhaust cycles, too, and as the gasses exited the Leo Vince, I thought I caught a glimpse of the ozone hole get a skosh bigger.

 

I cleaned it ... For the 1st time. ;D (and it was DIRTY)

 

installed yet another new h4 bulb. the bike eats these things like it's going out of style but i'm far to lazy to track down any possible electrical issues right now... oh well.
