And my Pilot Road 2s came in today, but I have to go pick them up this weekend.

Rode about 200 miles today. Part of that running errands, and part of it just out cruising in the beautiful evening in SE Michigan. Weather was AWESOME today for riding.

Washed my SV and rode to Texas Loosey's bike nite.

It was sponsored by Mid Cities Honda.

A couple of ocmoto guys won stuff. Saw my friend from Edelbrock again.

Took the first big steps to replacing the 636 front end with the GSX-R front end. I can't believe how easy this mod is.

The top triple clamp from Pit-Eck is stunning and well worth the very reasonable price. Yes it was perfectly straight too. Also the fork lock still works, granted, it locks the forks going stright, but you can still lock them - very important on a track bike?

And one last shot for my biggest sponsor/supporter

Now all thats left is to wait for the "straight" brake rotors to arrive. bleed out the brake lines, wash everything and put it back together for a big teaching event next weekend.

Ordered gauffer ss brake lines, front and rear. Both sets blue with gold tips. Also from ebay I ordered the non reflective pin striping for wheels in red. Cant wait till it all comes in. Next are powder coating the stock handlebars black, rear view mirrors, as well as exhaust. So tough to decide what exhaust I want though!

Put on some cheap driving lamps to give me a little more light ... now I need to aim them because when I turn them on they light up the second floor of my house as well as the ground.

put on my fender eliminator. thanks to dubtecv2 (member here), my winter project started in july haha

eddiemon needs his own thread...
We'll just call it "Eddiemon." We should just merge all his posts into it. Though, it would be fun to have a thread specifically for his "Hi soandso. Ride safe!" posts.

Eddie, any time you want to respond to a thread, you'll just go back to your own thread and post it.

Why the hate, man? Eddie's a nice guy.

Anyway, I changed my oil and coolant yesterday.

You confuse ball-busting discipline for hate. Spare the rod, spoil the child. :-*

It's like we're living in a college dormitory and I ask someone to help keep the lobby clean... the lobby in which I and many others hang out.

installed suburban machinery type 1 handlebars. i like them so far, rode to work and a little on my lunch break. the finish on them is really nice too, brushed steel look.
