Spent all day yesterday doing my valve check and the 2nd gen intake cam swap.

A big thanks to IAKAYAK81 who helped me with the swap and let me use his garage and moto stand.

Went on a Poker run through Temecula and ended at Edison Park in HB, CA.

Rode the p!ss out of it along side an Aprilia RSV1000R Factory, Ducati 848 and Ducati Monster S4Rs Tricolore.

Rode the **** out of it, trying to use up these crappy 6-yr old OEM 220's. Got TP down to 30/33, they're not wearing out fast enough, & handle even worse. They're scary.
Thought about ordering some Conti Road attacks.

rode up to deer lake, it's about 75 miles roundtrip. used my saddlebags, i really like them. cruised in 6th and it was perfect. got home and got to clean bugs off the fairing and my shield on my helmet!

Rode up Merced Falls Rd to 132 up to Coulterville for the benefit dealio goin on there. Then took 49 south to Oakhurst, then 41 down to Clovis. Was a lot of fun even though I was on my own. After the bike cooled down a bit, I gave it a good scrub and lubed the chain and topped off the oil and then waxed it...she's ready for the next run to Laughlin later this week...woohoo!

Dropped it coming up to a stop light! Broke gear shift, sliders worked perfect. It was such a nice day. Stupid oil.

Installed my GIPro, cleaned her up some and went for a 2 hour ride. Finally a perfect riding day :)

I started my poor neglected SV. It hates me now.

Fired up the motor after replacing the crank. It made all the right noises.
Installed a water temperature gauge. It's a nice little digital gauge that I found for $40.00 on ebay.
