Little stuff. Took off some decals, heat gun and thumbnail to do the deed, WD-40 for the goop it left behind. Added swingarm spool/sliders, even though I plan to continue to lift the bike with the swingarm paddles.
I've had the new bike a month now, a very cool and damp month here in CT, so I cleaned everything I cold clean and checked the tightness of every fastener I could reach. I got a standard set of metric hex wrenches to leave by the bike, and a set of 3/8 socket driven hex wrenches for more serious work.
The frame sliders will go on with the first service. The pigtail for the heated vest will go on sometime soon.

Just bought a hugger/guard and a tail tidy. Whooo!!!!
Now I just have to wait for them to be shipped. Might post after I get them if I run into trouble with the install.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the Angels' and the pitcher's family. Age 22, first MLB pitching appearence 6 shut out innings and now gone.

I rode to work on wet streets (24 miles) and kicked up some dirt on the back of the bike... Cleaned that up.

Finally found the coolant overflow bottle (I've had the bike 3 weeks, so I'm still finding out where stuff is...) The bottle was WAY too full, so tomorrow I'm getting out the turkey baster and removing the excess.

road to work, road to harbor freight, road to radio shack, road home, road to walgreens, road home.

MSF class day 2 today for me.

1 day, and a trip to the secretary of state office away from riding legally!

I just wish it wasn't so **** cold here in the mornings when I make my commute to work or school. It's still only like 30 degrees here, and I don't plan on riding in that kinda cold, yet.
