As I'm sure most of you Wisconsinites along with some Chicagoers maybe have noticed, its snowing like all hell outside! Now I guess mother nature must have missed the memo that March constitutes spring and I being from Atlanta (which, ironically, is actually is under 2 inches of snow themselves) am well aware of the fact that it should be warm out!! Now I'd like to test my recently completed GSXR swap, but I guess that I will have to continue waiting with the bike in my living room. I guess you can't have your bacon and eat it too...

I woke up and saw some flakes falling. I'm in the area with a storm warning, but it seems like the counties south of me (along the lake) are getting snow. Don't worry, March is the time of year I start putting miles on the bike. I took the bike out for one ride last month when we had the 50 degree day, but I'm still going through withdrawal due to lack of cycling. I need my fix!

Tell me about it! I got up to go to class and there was some 9" of snow advisory on the tv and its like a freak blizzard here in milwaukee. I'd ride in the cold as long as i could get it without the snow...

I'm sure being the astronomer that you obviously are that you realize that spring does not start until the 20th of March, therefore it is still winter and you are entitled to all the snow that Mother nature has to offer. :p

Be that as it may, snow is not supposed to start until december 22nd then because that would be the true beginning of winter and it typically begins snowing here as early as November so I think that we've had our fair share of the snowy season;D. Guess that's why we're the number 1 for bars per capita in the nation.
