I have my rims painted for the time being. I used dupli-color engine block paint, cause its resistent to grease and oils. Haven't had a problem with it yet. It won't last forever but it'll last awhile.

dont do it yourself.. it'll look like ass and not last very long.

Dood, I did it myself and it looks super de duper. Holding up fine so far too. But I am beyond the average person in terms of extreme intelligence.

i would have it professionaly sprayed at a collision shop. should the colorrite.com paint match good

Ya know, since you arent committing (you plan to sell the bike down the road), a super job on the paint of the F3 rim may not be necessary. For paint match just test it, put a lil bit on a non-visible section of the rim (like the inside if there is no tire on it, just dont get any on the beads). Thats really the only way to see how well they match.
