I would love that plan
On the down side, I'm becoming less convinced that any of this will actually help the economy. I'm becoming a bigger and bigger fan of the plan to give each person over age 16 a gift card for $3,000 with the rule that it can't be spent on debt reduction and must be spent within 45 days.

So would my Honda cafe racer.:thumbsup:My Shovelhead would be running in 45 days.
Strippers aren't an investment, they are a rapidly depreciating asset.I'd invest in strippers at the Doll House. Oh and get a new clutch.
I do support them, I just realize that I can write the depreciation off on my taxes. ;DHey! Do you not support single mothers workign through college?
We all know this won't work. See previous 8 years.Obama's new plan is to nominate all of his friends...
All of the previous guys didn't get caught owing massive back taxesWe all know this won't work. See previous 8 years.
Worst plan ever. That just prolongs the inevitable.http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/02/02/gop.stimulus.worries/index.html
Even the minority party can't find more than 3% pork in the stimulus package. Not too shabby! (By my quick math)
And some of these items are debatable as to whether they are pork or not. Don't believe the Limbaugh hype people. If the GOP can only find less than 3% pork, thats pretty darn good. A pork less government is just a pipe dream of idealists anyway.

Yep just like it did last time, at least if it could be spent on debt reduction the banking system would get a little jolt and some people could get creditors off their backs and make it easier on themselves. Honestly if I could'nt spend it to pay something off I probably would just give it to my sister to buy stuff for her nursing school. I have too much shyt as it is.Worst plan ever. I'd rather have tax dodgers than needless war hawks. At least then I would have leaders that I can relate to.All of the previous guys didn't get caught owing massive back taxes![]()
That plan I like too. I believe John Stewart keeps selling that plan. Give it to people but tell them they MUST use it for debt reduction. Then the banks get it back, folks get out of debt....win win.Yep just like it did last time, at least if it could be spent on debt reduction the banking system would get a little jolt and some people could get creditors off their backs and make it easier on themselves.
