Anyone familiar with these two hoses? They were routed to an overflow puke bottle by the previous owner. They seem to have a good amout of crankcase pressure with the bike running. The bottom two pics are where they attach to the engine cases, kinda hard to see.
Planning on keeping them routed to the bottle. Anyone see any issues with this?

They are the crankcase breather tubes, usually fitted to a little compartment on the bottom of the airbox.

If you don't route them to that place I talked about, they will shoot out a fine oil mist all over the place and are generally messy.

When they are connected to the airbox, they shoot into a "sponge" and the oil collects then eventually just drains back into the motor.

Check out the microfiche to see this.

Thanks Champer.
Yeah that breather filter is long gone and the airbox holes are plugged. I will run it into the bottle and maybe even make a foam "lid" for my bottle to knock down the oil mist.
