Short answer - NO

Longer answer - Not without serious frame and subframe surgery, it's not practical due to the size and layout issues of the TL motor, it would never really be right even if it'd get fit inside. It be a cut weld and bracket nightmare, befor tackling the rear exhaust. It could be done, but why? It's not one of the easier swaps like the old ZX7 to ZX9, the GSXR750 to 1100, RG500 in the RS250 or the RZ500 into the FZR400. Those were relatively easy.

There is someone here in the UK that races an SV650 with a TL motor, its a bitsa with R6 swingarm and linkage, ZX-9 front forks and a homemade ram air setup.
The biggest problem he's had is front wheel clearence which hits the front cyl head under braking

Pers'nally I reckon the engine's the defining feature with that sort of mod... An 1100 motor in a Spondon frame is a GSXR to most people who know what that means, but a Z1 motor in an 1100 frame isn't.
