Since I allow my dad to ride my bike, he said that he will buy me a new rear tire before inspection. He is only getting the rear tire, so should I let him buy the stock tire for ninja 250's and when it wears out again (which will be quick) make my transition over to sport demons? I don't know if I should mix the tires. thanks

no, get a good tire for the rear and chip in yourself for the front. You don't want to waste money on the garbage stock tires.

If you are happy with the stock tire get the same one, just know there are better tires out on the market in terms of stick, feel and wear.

honestly, i don't think he rode my bike for more than 100 miles since July. He'll probably ride it about 30 miles a month. He just wants to pay for something since I bought the bike/pay for insurance and allow him to ride for hte first time since the 80's. lol
