Just got back from first ride with my Sonic spring and Traxxion upgrade for my '06 N.
I knew that the suspension needed some polishing. It was ok on smooth roads below the max. But once it got pushed ... like everyone knows, it would bounce it's way to the outside of the corner a half inch at a time. Doesn't do that any more.

I followed Rich's advice for the standard set up starting point. He was great right the way through.

Not only does it hold a steady line on rough surfaces, the reduced dive under braking keeps the rear wheel planted.

It was a good bang for the buck and not hard to do.

A few months ago I installed .90 Sonic Springs w/ 20wt and couldn't be happier. The bike feels a lot more planted and holds a line much better. Brake diving has been significantly reduced as well. I installed a zx10r shock a few weeks ago and it feels even better. They compliment each other well.
