lol well sort of..... i can tell you that for a k7 naked CA model with 6k miles of stretch on the stock throttle cable, you dont need to cut anything off the R6 throttle tube when installing it.
also inside the housing, there is nothing that interferes with the throttle going to full open or closed position regardless of cutting.
i believe canyonchasers has it wrong also, because i cant see how cutting where they say to cut will do anything except release a tiny amount of open throttle cable tension. your cable would have to be really tight to keep it from returning to idle.
was easier to get cables back on though after the cut, but throttle plate movement was the same.
