Just wanted to share another good experience. I am to re-doing the suspension for my SV 1000. I have a new GSXR rear shock, as mine has over 30,000 on it, and was going to put in some Sonics up front. I've rebuilt the forks twice, but figured I'd put in some better springs. Anyways, I wasn't sure about the spring rate given that I was adding the GSXR shock, which is a little stiffer than stock, so I emailed them to see what they recommend. They responded that the spring they would recommend is the same rate as the stock, so don't bother ordering one, just change the oil weight a little. It was really nice to deal with a company who was honest enough to pass up a sale because it wasn't really needed. They could have told me to buy them, and I would have. So cheers to them.
