There's not many times in my life that I wish I were a cop, but if I saw that guy in person doing that, I would want to be a cop right then.

And start off by telling him "you're in a heap o' trouble, boy...".

What kind of trouble?

Reckless driving? Looks to me like he's maintaining speed and direction.

Speeding? I doubt it.

No helmet? Probably riding in a no-helmet State.

Idiocy? Unfortunately, not illegal.

Some states/countries have laws requiring both hands on the handlebars and such, as well as laws against using headphones. Just sayin'.

I'd say he could be cited for endangering other motorists. There is no way if he needed to stop suddenly for any reason he would be able to.

It is reckless driving in many states to use your feet to steer. Also headphones are a illegal while driving.

Hell some people in IL are saying they are getting pulled over for letting go of the bars to stretch a bit while riding.

Headphones are illegal only in a few states.

I didn't realize how few states have a helmet law for everyone. I grew up in MA which requires helmets on everybody, and I just recently moved to FL (no helmet needed if over 21.) It weirds me out seeing so many people riding without helmets here.

I'm thinking that list is pretty old and/or not accurate to begin with. Michigan is a new helmet optional state, but has required eye protection and headlight use for quite a while. Headphones are also illegal.

It says inspection is random here as well. Maybe it gives the officers flexibility to inspect when you get pulled over for other things. (and act like a douchenozzle)

So was he holding a beer at the time, as the pose would require?

Wonder if his insurance agent has seen that.
