I sure hope that seat never fail while you're cruising down the highway at 70mph.

Dude, I love the bike, but ****, it seems like half of it is missing. ;)

And I wonder if any popo might hassle you about the license plate placement.....it's where you would normally get hassled, but where else would you put it? ;D

To answer a few questions, lets see:

Yes, my ass does end up wet. I have waterproofs; I just didn't feel like putting them on today.

The bulbs are what came with the headlight. I think they're 30w each? I honestly have no clue, but they work. Taillights are 24-bulb LEDs.

I have thought about the possibility of the seat failing. If it does, well, hopefully I can transition my weight to the pegs fast enough. I don't think it will, though. I've been trying to break it since I installed it a few months ago, and I can't get it to budge.

License plate placement is actually ****ed close to stock. Height wise, anyway. Angle is similar too. It's not obscured at all, so I don't think the cops would have any problem with it. They might have a problem with my exhaust, signals, etc. We'll see.

they called from MoMA they want your bike!! :)

does your job include Ind.design in some way?
No, but I did two years at Academy of Art, one studying Industrial Design (focus on Automotive) and another in Computer Arts/Animation (after I figured out I'd probably never make enough $$$ to repay my student loans if I stayed in ID). Oddly enough I'm now studying law (planning on focusing on IP/copyright/art practice). Go figure.

Cool artsy pics - the rain adds a nice touch.

The bike looks good with the finishing touches (hand guards, signals, etc.). Good work!
