What generations of SV's can swap rear rotors?

I searched for 'rear rotor compatibility' but didn't see anything of relevance. Forgive me in advance for my ignorance.

I did find this link through google.. seems like it would indicate that only first gens can swap with first gens..

That's true. While the hole pattern and offset (zero in this case) are the same the diameters are different between first and second gen.
Rear rotors aren't too hard to find on e-bay, if there isn't one there now one should pop up before too long.

Old body style Busa is the same part # as the first gen SV. Newer and more plentiful on Ebay.

I've got a 2nd gen and I believe my 06' GSXR rotor is the same bolt pattern and size. I keep meaning to put it on. I have the wheel off right now so maybe in the next day or so I'll finally get a chance.
