I don't know if anyone ever does the registry thing but it is kind of interesting if your bike comes up in the list...
my old one did and I found out a little about it... Anyway.. you can fill it out if you want and maybe somewhere down the road it may proove useful to someone else... or you when checking a vin of a new(to you) bike you are thinking about... you can put in as much or as little info as you want.
