1: John Madden needs to be forced into retirement. He should NOT be allowed to give commentary on any game outside of regular season.
The rule is: if you can't put together coherent sentences and phrases, it's time.

2: Matt Millen at the table, commenting during halftime. MATT MILLEN ?? I am not much of a Detroit Lions fan, but this guy gives ********** a bad rep. He should not be allowed to be involved in professional football ever again.

Feel free to add on....

He's got big hands, and strong hands, and when you've got hands that are big and hands that are strong, and you can jump and use those hands that are strong and big to catch a football in the endzone then that that that that that's a touchdown.

Why do they insist on using the guys who got hit in the head for a living as color comentators?

Yeah, I think it's time for Madden to go. Frank Caliendo does a much better John Madden than John Madden does these days.

Lol, I was telling Looshia at the beginning of the game that instead of having Madden they should have Caliendo as Madden. That would have been fantastic. ;D

Madden's 3 favorite words are "penetration", "A-Hole", and "Farve".

Par example:

"You can see here that Farve gets the right penetration, and when he's looking for which hole to go through, the best one is the A-hole."
Yes, John Madden is a senile pervert.

I love Madden. I mean, I ALWAYS want to know up-to-date commentaries on the most obvious aspects of the game... spoken by someone who never played pro, coached and then started broadcasting before I was born. At least his commentating skills won't be affected if he gets senile (assuming he hasn't already). Alzheimer's would make for an entertaining year in football broadcasting. (I'm going to hell for that one).

"Well Pat, you can see that Farve was looking all around, and just couldn't find what he wanted. So he looks over here and sees Ronald McDonald. McDonald can't take it, cause the entire eastern seaboard is lost while snowing with cats and Farve. I like bananas, and where's my turducken?"

can't get rid of madden.... where will all the swell soundbites for next season's video game come from?
"If the QB throws the ball and the receiver catches it in the endzone, that counts as a touchdown."

"He just stuck his big 'ole paws up there and knocked the ball down. He can't catch it if you knock it down."

Comcast investigating Super Bowl Porn feed

By Alexis Huicochea
Arizona Daily Star
Tucson, Arizona | Published: 02.02.2009

Comcast continued this morning to investigate how pornography interrupted its feed during the final quarter of the Super Bowl on Sunday.

It is unclear how many viewers were affected by the clip, which lasted about 30 seconds, and featured full male nudity, said Kelle Maslyn, a Comcast spokeswoman.
“We are mortified by last evening’s Super Bowl interruption, and deeply apologize to our customers for the inappropriate programming,” Maslyn said in a statement. “We are aggressively investigating the situation including the possibility of foul play.”
Comcast is working on a plan to compensate customers, but nothing has been set in stone, Maslyn said.

The pornography clip was from Club Jenna, an adult cable television channel.
The Star newsroom was flooded with calls from irate viewers who said that the porn cut into the game with less than three minutes left to play, just after Arizona Cardinals player Larry Fitzgerald scored on a touchdown pass from Kurt Warner to put the team in the lead.

Callers said that the clip showed a woman unzipping a man’s pants, followed by a graphic act between the two.

The Super Bowl was being shown locally on KVOA. The station sends its signal to Comcast through a fiber line, said KVOA News Director Kathleen Choal.
KVOA’s signal didn’t have porn on it when the station sent it over to Comcast, station president Gary Nielsen said.

The company will continue to investigate what happened to its signal, Nielsen said.
The porn broke into the standard-definition feed reaching analog TV sets. Comcast’s high-definition feed was not affected.

Comcast is the second-largest cable-television provider in Southern Arizona and serves more than 80,000 customers in unincorporated Pima County, Marana and Oro Valley.

Comcast has set up an e-mail account to take feedback from concerned customers. The address is [email protected].
Customers can also call 744-1900, Maslyn said.
