Howdy, replaced the inner clutch cover gasket on my 99 SV650, clutch cover leaks a tad, water pump seal leaks a bit and the inner clutch cover developed a leak at a track day. Albeit a smear of oil. Going to replace all three gaskets and a few bolts. But wandering the interwebs , I spied a DL650 clutch cover and its one piece. Look simliar and shaped "correctly". Is this a fantasy come true ? Not having to shell out 200 for a metal one. Ron Ayers cross reference say no, my eyes say yes.

Im pretty sure but not 100 percent that the "dl" or vstrom does share the same engine as the sv but its a detuned version or something of the sort......... if you were gonna try i would look for the same year range model at least...... maybe someone else who knows for sure could chime in a bit more on the subject
